Keeled Skimmer is the name of a bug. You could try asking Rob Sawyer why he decided to name his project after a bug, but I doubt you'd get a sensible answer. This is a collection of songs that Rob wrote across the years that he wanted to record with him playing piano and some classy musicians and singers doing the rest. We couldn't get any so this bunch of reprobates had to do it :-)
